Terms and conditions

BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
First of all, thank you for registering your interest in one of our tours.
We will email you to confirm availability and price, along with an invitation to complete
your booking. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is
required. However, if you book less than 2 months before the tour start date, full
payment (100%) is required. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an invoice
to confirm your booking. If you need to make any changes after your booking is
confirmed, please inform us by email as soon as possible so we can do our very best
and proceed.

DISCLAIMER:
Ecowild Explorers reserves the right to alter your itinerary or accommodation in the event
of circumstances beyond our control.
FORCE MAJEURE:
We cannot accept liability or offer compensation when the performance of our services is
prevented or affected by events that neither we nor our service providers could have
foreseen or avoided, even with all due diligence. Such events include, but are not limited
to, extreme weather conditions, park closures, mechanical failures in transportation, fire,
flooding, disease, or any similar circumstances beyond our control.

INSURANCE:
Ecowild Explorers does not provide travel insurance but strongly recommends that you
obtain it. Appropriate insurance should cover: repatriation, cancellation or curtailment,
medical expenses, loss of luggage, death, illness, and loss or theft of personal property.
Please ensure that your policy also covers more adventurous activities such as wildlife
tracking, white-water rafting, and canopy walkway crossings.

QUOTATIONS / PRICES:
Please ensure that you have carefully read and agreed to the final quotation and itinerary
before booking and making payment. Double-check all details, including the number of
travellers, room arrangements, accommodation, travel dates, meal plans, national
parks/reserves to be visited, type of transport, and what is included or excluded.
We reserve the right to correct any published prices, quotations, or itineraries, and will
notify you as soon as we become aware of any such error.

PAYMENT:
Payment method includes bank transfers: Wise and Revolut, the bank account details
will be provided as soon as you contact us at info@ecowildexplorers.com to inform us that wish to book and do the other procedures. The final payment (the remaining 80%) is due 8 weeks before the start of the tour. For tours booked less than 8 weeks before the start date, full payment (100%) is required at the moment you’re booking the tour.
 
CANCELLATION:
If for some reason, you need to cancel your tour, please inform us immediately by
emailing us at Ecowildexplorers@gmail.com. Once we receive your cancellation request,
we will respond as soon as possible and begin processing it. The effective date of
cancellation will be the date on which your request is received by Ecowild Explorers members. As cancellations result in financial losses and reduce the likelihood of rebooking, we apply cancellation charges according to the following scale:

NUMBER OF DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOUR AND % REFUND TO CLIENT:
MORE THAN 100 DAYS: 80%
70 TO 100 DAYS :50%
LESS THAN 60 DAYS : 10%

SAFARI TERMS:
Prices include: the accommodation listed, meals as stated, guide, driver, vehicle, park
fees, and transfers. Prices exclude: tips, laundry, visas, flights, and personal expenses.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances — such as security issues, weather conditions,
park closures, or border closures — we reserve the right to amend the confirmed
itinerary. Please note that while we will always make every effort to replace any affected
service with one of equal quality and interest, this may not always be possible due to
circumstances beyond our control.
 
TRANSPORTATION:
We make every effort to ensure that all vehicles used are comfortable, roadworthy, and
comply with local government transport regulations.
